“Being a foodie helps me in the kitchen business,” says Jeff Filer, Supply One kitchen designer, who regularly attends Taste of Dayton and haunts the aisles of Jungle Jim’s. “Cooking has given me real insight. When I create a design, I ask myself, ‘would I enjoy working in this kitchen?’”
ProSales magazine, a trade publication in the construction remodeling industry, announced that Requarth Supply One has been awarded the top honors in its ProSales Excellence Awards – the most prestigious awards program in the construction supply industry.

The Requarth Co. has a long history in Dayton, dating back to the days of fine craftsmanship that can still be seen in their work. They date back to the time of the Great Flood when they helped rebuild Dayton even while dealing with their own loss and damage. They sold the Wright Brothers wood for their experimental airplane and converted to wartime use during the Second Great War. Theirs is a history of building and re-building Dayton.
With the merger of The Requarth Co. and Supply One Kitchens and Baths, Requarth is now able to offer more to the builders, the re-modelers and the homeowner. The new showroom in the historic Requarth Building is filled with beautiful displays. The trained, educated and certified designers on staff are ready to help design your room no matter your budget.

When Planning a New Kitchen or Bath.
How much money do you want to spend?
An average bath is between $8-10,000. An average kitchen is between $15-25,000.
What is your primary reason for remodeling?
Is it more storage, counter-top space etc., or is it that you simply want to update the look?
How do you want to spend your budgeted dollars?
Is granite on your must have list? If so, then you may need to spend less on cabinets just to keep in budget. Is there a gourmet cook in the house making state of the art appliances a necessity, and the cabinets secondary? Do you need one dishwasher or two? Possibly an additional refrigerator in your beverage center? All of these are important questions when considering your project.
A revitalized downtown scene, a culture of commitment, a history of design and innovation–what better place for kitchen and bath designers! We’re so happy to be joining forces with The Requarth Co. in the heart of downtown Dayton.
Now our showroom and our designers are only steps away from the source of some of the most notable custom millwork in the country, building and remodeling expertise, and the means for endless creative possibilities for the designs in your home.
